Return And Refund Policy


The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through Store purchases may only be returned to our Santa Ana, Ca location. Please contact our store for Return Policy.

FINAL SALE: Custom orders, or sale merchandise. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange or credit as described below, the merchandise must be unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.


Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date for an exchange, or store credit. Please note that customized orders are final sale and may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached.


Your order will include an invoice, on that invoice specify the items(s) you wish to return, along with reason for the return.

Securely pack your merchandise and the invoice in an envelope, or box of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible) Please note that the return label is not pre-paid therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) please return merchandise within 14 days from the shipped date to our Online Return Address [We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the original invoice is shipped along with the package] Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.
To ensure proper processing, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the invoice. Upon receipt of your return our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write exchange onto the invoice. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached.
